These terms govern your use of the Ikamet Sigorta insurance portal operated by Ikamet Sigorta Aracilik Hizmetleri Limited Sirketi, a licensed insurance broker registered with SEDDK (Turkey).

1. Service Description

Ikamet Sigorta acts as an insurance intermediary. We arrange insurance policies on your behalf with licensed Turkish insurers. We are not the insurer and are not liable for claims under any policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase insurance through this portal. By using this service you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Policy Issuance

Policies are issued subject to insurer acceptance. Ikamet Sigorta reserves the right to decline any application. Policy documents will be delivered to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

4. Payment

Payments are charged in GBP or EUR. Prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment must be completed in full for a policy to be active.
