Refund Policy
Ikamet Sigorta acts as a licensed insurance intermediary. We arrange policies on your behalf with licensed Turkish insurers. Any refund, cancellation, or transfer of a policy is governed exclusively by the terms and conditions of the issuing insurer — not by Ikamet Sigorta.
Foreign Plate Insurance — Non-Refundable
Foreign Plate insurance policies are 100% non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable once issued. No exceptions apply. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
All Other Policies
For all other policy types, any eligibility for refund or cancellation is determined solely by the terms and conditions of the insurer who issued the policy. These vary by insurer and product. Ikamet Sigorta has no authority to override or modify insurer policy conditions.
To enquire about a cancellation or refund, contact us at hello@ikamet.com with your policy number. We will liaise with the insurer on your behalf, but the outcome is subject to their conditions.
Ikamet Sigorta Brokerage Fee
Where a refund is approved by the insurer, the Ikamet Sigorta brokerage fee is non-refundable in all circumstances.
